Jesus baptized by John the Baptist in the River Jordan
~
Matthew 3:13; Mark 1:9; Luke 3:23.

By living a sinless life, Jesus shows us that baptism is an outward confession of an inner spiritual conviction. This conviction happens when a person receives the gift of salvation by accepting Christ as their personal Savior. We are not baptized to be saved but because we are saved. Baptism is an act of obedience to our relationship with Jesus Christ.

Baptisms are normally held
First Sundays at 9:00AM in the fellowship hall. Candidates should arrive 1 hour before their scheduled time. For more information, call 717-854-2547 and speak with a ministry representative.
