Rev. Jazz is a native of the Island of Trinidad and Tobago. Dr. Jazz accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at a very early age and shortly after accepted God's calling upon her life and went into full time ministry.

- Received her Doctor of Ministry Degree, December 15, 2007, from the United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio, in the Booth, Scott and Williams Doctoral Group
- Received Certificate of Ordination July 11, 1999, at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Columbus OH
- Associate at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Columbus OH in 1999-2002 and served as the Minister of Ministry Development
- Graduate of the Practical Bible College in Vestal, NY; a graduate of the Washington Bible College in Lanham, MD and received her Masters in Theological Studies at the Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus OH
- Licensed to preach the Gospel on February 4, 1992, at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church of Washington DC
Noted Accomplishments as Pastor, Preacher and Teacher of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church
- First female to be called to pastor a Baptist church in York PA - October 2002
- Empowerment Community Development Corporation formed in 2003 with a $143,000 non-profit grant. Under this ministry computer training classes for seniors and teens are offered in partnership with the Capital City Project, After School Tutoring Program and Summer Program (SMART Kids for Christ)
- Purchased additional parking lot in 2004
- Paid off a $215,000 renovation debt in 2004
- Ordained three women as Deacons in December 2005 - a first in the history of the church
- Purchased the Bethany UCC Church - York, PA in July 2007.
- Through baptism and Christian experience, Shiloh has welcomed over 1,000 people since 2002 under the preaching and teaching of Pastor Jazz
- Addition of 60 new ministries to meet the needs of the saved as well as the least of these
- Spearheaded Men's and Women's Annual Conferences for the empowerment and growth of the saints
- Established the Richard J. Manning Churchwide Institute
